EXPERT PICKS
NBC lead betting analyst Jay Croucher and PointsBet studio host Ryan Leaf offer their best plays for Thursday.
THE BOOK
Gabe Davis Over 60.5 Receiving Yards (-125)
"The Lions are dreadful at defending deep passes, which Davis feasts on."
Cowboys -10 over Giants (-107)
"This line should be 10.5 given that the bottom is about to fall out on the banged-up Giants."
Patriots +2.5 over Vikings (+100)
"The Vikings have injuries, and New England can make a case for the best 'D' in the league."
THE BIG NAME
Lions +10 over Bills (-107)
"Detroit has the hot hand. I wouldn't be surprised if the Lions win outright."
Cowboys -10 over Giants (-107)
"The Cowboys have been inconsistent, but this is a referendum on the Giants."
Vikings -2.5 over Patriots (-115)
"Humiliation can have an interesting effect on a team."
KEY STATS: Dallas comes in hot, having outgained Minnesota by 275 yards in its 40-3 smackdown. Six Giants players exited the 31-18 loss to the Lions with injuries, including WR Wan’Dale Robinson (IR) and starting CBs Adoree’ Jackson (out) and Fabian Moreau (questionable). Dallas has won 10 of the last 11 meetings versus NYG.
TRENDING: Thanksgiving favorites are 43-8 straight up and 35-16 ATS since 2004, but the Cowboys are 1-10 ATS in their last 11 Turkey Day matchups. No team has hit the Under more often than the Giants since 2020: 31-11-1.
England's Harry Kane, who has scored 51 goals in 76 appearances for the Three Lions, is said to be OK despite going down against Iran. (AP Photo)
From noted capper Jon Eimer (@BucketJonBets on Twitter):
⚽ [$75] England Over 1.5 goals Team Total (-140): USA conceded a goal to a Wales side that has a fraction of England’s attacking power. England have world-class talent all over the pitch.
⚽ [$25] Harry Kane Anytime Goalscorer (+110): England put in six against Iran but none came from the former Golden Boot winner. Kane would revel in scoring against this USMNT.
KEY STATS: After months of build-up, it’s finally here. Michigan last year snapped an eight-game losing streak in the series, but RB Blake Corum (knee) could be out or limited Saturday. Ohio State ranks first overall in yards per play (7.4), but its top two tailbacks also are dealing with leg injuries.
TRENDING: Michigan is 5-1 ATS in its last six road contests, but OSU is 4-0-1 ATS in its last five at home. The Wolverines normally go Under (9-3 last 12), while the Buckeyes go Over ↗️ (8-1 last 9).
INSIGHT: More than 75% of our handle is on Ohio State.
