LIV golfers faced skepticism from traders and bettors before Thursday. Now? Not so much.

Phil Mickelson (-4) and Patrick Reed (-4 through 32 holes) have been solid. And Brooks Koepka (-12) has been sensational. His strut has returned.

Koepka was a 60/1 longshot before winning last week’s LIV event in Orlando. He entered this week at +4000, and we took a wager from an IL client of $1,500 that would return $61,500.

Koepka’s glistening 65 shrunk those odds to +700, and an IN bettor threw down $5,000 at that price. Koepka beat the storms ⛈️ Friday to shoot 67. His score is good for a two-shot lead over Jon Rahm. Koepka’s post-round odds of +180 have shrunk to +165, with Rahm (+140) becoming the favorite again on Saturday morning.
